-Must have been involved in various projects in the energy sector
-Must demonstrate an impact on gender concerns in the STEM areas

This award seeks to recognize women who are not from a technical background but who have played a crucial role in the energy sector by contributing to improvement in the work place thereby creating an environment for women to thrive in the sector. This could be in the formal and non formal sectors and is open to women of all professions.
